We fabricate in Mild Steel, Stainless Steel and Aluminium.

Mild Steel fabrication consists mainly of cutting, shearing, punching of sheet, plate or sections. We have the facilities to Arc Weld, Mig and Mag Weld and Synergic Mig Weld.

We can cut mild steel sections up to 350 x 350mm and profile 25mm Plate in house. Thicker and larger sizes are bought in. We also sub-contract Laser cut plates and sections and these can be included into your fabrication.

We can offer most size of Mild Steels in the regular Grades of S235, S275 but nowadays in more critical areas S355 is now being specified.

If required, we offer full certification of materials and Letters of Conformity to relate to any materials included in your work.

Our Welders are approved to BS EN 287 and are highly experienced and thus quality is never an issue.

 

We also use third party inspection services for Magnetic Particle Inspection and offer Non Destructive Testing requirement.
